Refund and Cancellations
We offer a 10 day risk free return, no questions asked.
To initiate a return please contact our customer care at 080 - 6957 8469 or login to the website using your registered email address.
Once you have initiated a return/exchange on our website, we will confirm the pickup date and time. Our delivery partners will pick up the orders from you and the luggage will be checked against the trial and return policies. Upon successful verification, store credit for the value of the item returned will be issued. You can use this credit to place an order for a new product or for a different size of the same product. Please note that a fixed amount of Rs 100 will be deducted to cover the return pickup charges.
The entire process might take 10 to 12 working days.
In case it is taking longer than 10 to 12 working days , please drop an email to care@houseofbrands.company or call 080 - 6957 8469 and we will fix it as soon as possible.
Please note that return will be accepted only with the original packaging along with the invoice copy you received at the time of order placement.
Cancellations
You can request for a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by calling our customer care at 080 - 6957 8469 . For prepaid orders, depending on the mode of payment and bank policies we will take 10 to 12 working days to credit the refund money to your account.
Since each item is custom made, cancellations are not allowed after the initial 24 hour period.
If the order is delayed by more than 10 working days, please call the customer care at 080 - 6957 8469 and we will help you with the status of the order.
